Long before building her real estate career, Tricia Lee established herself as a respected Brooklyn entrepreneur by founding and operating her former beauty brand, the award-winning Polish Bar Brooklyn. It was at her Fort Greene/Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights salons that clients first came to know the pint-sized powerhouse and her business savvy. In year 10, Tricia began sharing her new real estate career with her beauty clients. “It was a matter of months before the ladies started calling,” she recalls. After a decade of serving her community, Tricia realized she had built far more than a successful beauty business- she had built a trusted personal brand, and deep relationships with the dynamic women surrounding her. She closed out her first year in real estate by selling 21 homes and the “Rookie of the Year” under her belt.
Exactly five years to the day after joining her former brokerage, Tricia announced in The Real Deal that she was joining Ryan Serhant's founding brokerage, where she would launch her first team. Today, that team has become one of SERHANT.'s top-producing groups, and Tricia has further cemented her personal brand through her role on Netflix's Owning Manhattan. In 2025, Tricia and her partner, Jeffrey St. Arromand, earned the prestigious Deal of the Year award from the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Known for her polished, fashion-forward aesthetic, Tricia approaches personal style the same way she approaches real estate: with intention, confidence, and the understanding that presentation is often the first step in building trust.
