An accomplished entrepreneur and a prominent voice within the local brokerage and business communities, Tricia Lee is the founder and leader of the highly talented Tricia Lee Team at SERHANT. After breaking into the industry with record-breaking first-year sales numbers at her former brokerage, Tricia went on to sell over $200M in her solo career before jumping to Serhant and simultaneously joining forces with her partner, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Together, they lead Team Tricia Lee with a focus on home sales and luxury rentals and have sold over $300M in residential homes.

She has been a speaker on Expert Marketing with Black Enterprise Small Business Expo, Tom Ferry and our very own Sell it Like Serhant course. Tricia is highly invested in improving and giving back to her community, regularly organizing, and running events that support, educate, and empower women in real estate and other small businesses. Named BK Reader's Top 5 Black Real Estate Brokers two years in a row for her effort with her own event series, Money Matters with Tricia Lee, an annual workshop designed to promote healthy financial habits, home ownership, and wealth-building strategies. She has led a Bed-Stuy Small Business Saturday Shopping Crawl and works to promote the local businesses within her work territory. A regular speaker at financial education events such as Chase & Essence magazine's Currency Conversations, and Bank of America's Her Agenda's Financial Literacy Workshops. She is the go-to resource for clients, friends, and business contacts when it comes to neighborhood knowledge and recommendations, including real estate.
A longtime resident of Brooklyn, Tricia Lee has lived in Clinton Hill, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Dumbo, and Flatbush. Her evolution from high-rise Downtown luxury living to pre-war renovation and design is a proof-of-concept example to her audience of going from the condo/apartment lifestyle to income-producing property investment and ownership as a wealth-building strategy.
Tricia is an active member of her sorority's Brooklyn Chapter - Delta Rho Omega, and a longtime member of The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Whitney, and The Studio Museum of Harlem. She is an avid traveler and loves cooking, baking, and all things beauty and wellness. Tricia's latest venture has been sharing her "glamorous grind" of life, family, and career at SERHANT. as one of the stars of Netflix's all new Owning Manhattan.

Tricia's sharp business acumen, tireless work ethic and tech savvy sets her apart. All of these skills have proved vital in the growth of her real estate business. Her insight from personally owning real estate, being a landlord or a tenant enable her to successfully meet her client's goals. Tricia Lee hit record breaking first year sales upon entering the real estate industry to be named Rookie of the Year. Professional, organized and dedicated, she will work to create a positive experience for both sides in every property transaction. In 2021, Tricia Lee was recruited by Ryan Serhant as he set to launch SERHANT.
In addition to her love of all things real-estate, interiors and small business, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, a founding member of the Myrtle Avenue Merchants Association (MARP), sits on the Board of Advisors for Clinton Hill's V-ELMS and attends church in Downtown Brooklyn. She is a wellness enthusiast, lover of travel, cooking, hosting and all things beauty. In her spare time you will find her reviewing beauty products and services or trying her hand at the latest DIY home trend.
