Tricia Lee is a proud Brooklyn resident with immense knowledge and appreciation of the borough's history and the revitalization of its neighborhoods. Tricia's firsthand knowledge of the Brooklyn market stems not only from being a long-time resident of the borough, but also from formerly owning and operating her very popular chain of nail and beauty bars, Polish Bar Brooklyn, for over 10 years in Fort Greene/Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights. As an a well known entrepreneur and active member of the business community, she has served on the various merchants associations. She makes the direct connection between commercial development and residential trends in Brooklyn. Tricia Lee collaborates frequently with area business leaders and building owners. Her level of commitment and love for the community has contributed to her becoming the go-to resource for clients, friends and business contacts when it comes to neighborhood knowledge and real estate. Named Franklin A. Thomas Award Honoree in 2022 from Bed-Stuy Restoration Plaza, Top 5 Black Brokers in Brooklyn in previous years with BK Reader and star of Netflix's Owning Manhattan. 

Tricia's sharp business acumen, tireless work ethic and tech savvy sets her apart. All of these skills have proved vital in the growth of her real estate business. Her insight from personally owning real estate, being a landlord or a tenant enable her to successfully meet her client's goals. Tricia Lee hit record breaking first year sales upon entering the real estate industry to be named Rookie of the Year. Professional, organized and dedicated, she will work to create a positive experience for both sides in every property transaction. In 2021, Tricia Lee was recruited by Ryan Serhant as he set to launch SERHANT. 

In addition to her love of all things real-estate, interiors and small business, she is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, a founding member of the Myrtle Avenue Merchants Association (MARP), sits on the Board of Advisors for Clinton Hill's V-ELMS and attends church in Downtown Brooklyn. She is a wellness enthusiast, lover of travel, cooking, hosting and all things beauty. In her spare time you will find her reviewing beauty products and services or trying her hand at the latest DIY home trend. Tricia Lee shares most of her real estate journey as a cast member of the all new Owning Manhattan, series premiers June 28th on Netflix.

Zola has more than eight years of experience in luxury rentals, new developments, and sales. Her most recent project included the successful launch of The Arches, the first luxury rental building in Mott Haven. She promotes trust through honesty and confidentiality, and she seeks to educate and inform whenever she can. Zola works with domestic and international clients all over the city and is a member of the Tricia Lee Team.

A native of Sydney, Australia, Zola came to New York in 2003 and never left. She loves the ambiance, vitality, and culture that the city offers. In her free time, Zola enjoys listening to live music, specifically classical and jazz. She also goes to the theatre as much as she can. She is into fitness and ran the 2021 NYC Marathon, and she is passionate about travel. Other pastimes include reading and staying in touch with family who still reside in Australia.

Zola enjoys classical music and considers a visit to the Metropolitan Opera, a perfect night. A lover of jazz music, fitness and reading. Zola also hosts a quarterly agent dinner, Culture Crew, sharing the city's most iconic experiences with her colleagues.

He believes when selling a property buyers are genuiely purchasing the story associated with the home in addition to the property.  Jeffrey is an experienced property expert whose approach to real estate is based on fostering positive relationships.  His clients appreciate how he balances his enthusiasm and thoughtfulness with his in-depth knowledge and his relentless drive throughout the buying and selling process. Jeffrey is a public speaker, who has given his expertise on real estate trends, marketing, storytelling and brand development.  He has appeared at several real estate symposiums including a guest speaker at our very own Sell It Like Serhant Mastermind Seminar.  Jeffrey possesses the ideal mix of product knowledge and tactical expertise, and is a strong communicator and a focused negotiator. His extensive network of real estate professionals—attorneys, contractors, stagers, mortgage brokers etc.—makes him a one-stop shop for all of his clients. Additionally, his creativity and experience in TV production coupled with the capabilities of SERHANT Studios, greatly enhances his ability to sell homes.  He enjoys the challenge that each deal presents, and loves being able to solve problems while finding success for his clients. 

A Brooklyn native, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Florida A&M University. He is fluent in French and exceptionally well-traveled, and his interests include working out, going to museums, and spending time with family. He has a wonderful daughter named Addison, and he is engaged to the incredible and talented Tricia Lee.
